Heroes of Newerth is officially two years old (International version)!

In celebration of its 2nd birthday, we have prepared a series of events for you guys, are you up to take up these challenges? Be sure to be rewarded!


Individual Challenge

 

Bet you guys still remember voting your favourite avatar off the selected list, here's your chance to get the highest voted avatar* for FREE!

But wait! As the saying goes, there is no free lunch in this world, you definitely have to work for it.

Now, here's the deal!

All you need to do is to log into the game and play at least ONE match from 7th May 2012, 0000 hours (GMT+8) to 11th May 2012, 2359 hours (GMT+8) to receive the FREE avatar!

Yes, it's that simple.


Global Challenge

 

Besides logging into the game and play at least ONE match during the above-stated period, you will also need to accomplish the following:

 

There are a total of 3 stages to attain and you guys will be rewarded once each stage has been accomplished. 

Stage 1: 300,000 games played - you'll get Mid Wars Icon**
Stage 2: 700,000 games played - you'll get Kongor Courier**
Final Stage: 1,100,000 games played - you'll get Kongor Taunt**

Of course, there's a given time frame, calculations will start from 7th May 2012, 0000 hours (GMT+8) to 11th May 2012, 2359 hours (GMT+8)

Does the number seems too huge? Fret not! It will be calculated based off all regions, including players from South-east Asia, North-America/Europe, Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and Korea! :)

You might have realized the prizes for the Global Challenge are a tad different from the International version, it was made as intended - it was specially requested to show our appreciation towards our loyal SEA community.
